References to ShiftKeep, LearnKeep, Life Quest or other products may describe work in development, planned features or availability that can change. Product-specific policies or agreements govern those products when provided.
3. Project requests do not create a client relationship
Submitting an inquiry or project-intake form does not obligate either party, reserve availability, create a partnership or establish a client, advisory or other professional relationship. A project begins only when the parties agree to a separate written proposal, scope or contract.
Website descriptions, example budgets, timelines and service information are not binding quotations or guarantees.
