I didn’t begin with a software-company playbook. I began by operating a real small business, solving the problems directly in front of me and learning how much better the right system can make everyday work.
Five years running Courtice Canteen built practical experience in operations, branding, marketing, customer service and team leadership. Simic Solutions brings those lessons into products designed to make real life easier to understand and manage.

ShiftKeep became the first major commercial iPhone product—a personal record for workers who want to track their shifts and understand their pay.
- 04Simic Solutions becomes official
Simic Solutions Inc. was incorporated in Ontario on August 21, 2026, creating the company behind the products and the work still to come.
