Made for readers, not reading contests

A calm companion for physical books.

PageKeep is for readers who want one private place to remember what they own, what they are reading, where they stopped, what they borrowed, and what they thought when a book was finished.

For every kind of reading life

Find your chapter again.

At home, between errands, or a world away—PageKeep remembers where life interrupted the story.

What PageKeep does

Keep the useful parts of reading close.

Every feature supports the same job: helping you return to your books with less friction and more context.

Turn through the chapters

Library & progress

Know what you are reading.

Organize books by status, update the current page, and see progress without turning reading into a performance.

ISBN scanning

Add books with less typing.

Scan a barcode with the camera or search by ISBN, title and author. Review the result before saving it.

Bookshelf

See the books you finished.

A personal shelf brings completed books together and can be shared through the standard iOS share sheet.

Goals

A direction, not a deadline.

Set a gentle annual goal and see useful reading statistics. There are no streaks and no punishment for slowing down.

Loans

Keep track of books coming and going.

Record library return dates, or remember who borrowed one of your books. Optional reminders stay on your device, and returned loans remain in your history.

Reflections

Keep what the book left with you.

Save private notes and quotes, then add a rating and review when you mark a book finished.

Book discovery

Look beyond one cover.

Open Library supplies book metadata, covers, aggregate ratings, alternate matches and related-book suggestions.

Sharing

Share only what you choose.

Send an individual book or personal bookshelf using Apple’s standard share sheet. PageKeep does not post automatically.

Files backups

Your backup, your folder.

Export manually or choose an Apple Files folder for automatic backups, including iCloud Drive or an installed Files provider.

Nearby places

Find bookstores and libraries.

Search another town manually or choose Near Me for a one-time nearby search. Save favourite places locally and open directions in Apple Maps.

Private by design

Your library stays yours.

PageKeep does not require an account. Your library, loan history and saved places are stored locally on your device. Simic Solutions does not collect your book titles, ISBNs, progress, goals, notes, quotes, reviews, loans, saved places or bookshelf contents.

Inside PageKeep

Built around the act of reading.

Real screens from the current PageKeep project show the library, finished shelf, gentle goals and library loans.

FAQ

Before you turn the page.

Is PageKeep available now?

Not yet. PageKeep is being prepared for its first App Store release. This page will show an App Store link only after a live listing is available.

Does PageKeep require an account?

No. PageKeep is designed for local, personal use without a PageKeep account.

Does PageKeep sync my library between devices?

PageKeep currently supports manual exports and backups to a folder you choose through Apple’s Files system. That is backup and restore—not live, multi-device conflict-merging sync.

Where do book covers and recommendations come from?

PageKeep sends an ISBN or title-and-author query to Open Library. Open Library may return covers, metadata, aggregate ratings, alternate matches and related-book suggestions.

Does PageKeep judge how often I read?

No. Goals are deliberately gentle, and PageKeep does not use streak pressure or punishment.

Coming to the App Store

Keep your place. Keep what mattered.

PageKeep is in final release preparation. Until the App Store listing is live, you can review support information and the app privacy policy here.
