These terms govern use of the PageKeep product website. The PageKeep iPhone app may include additional terms through its App Store listing or within the app when released.
Current product information
PageKeep is preparing for its first App Store release. Features, availability and release timing described here may change as final testing is completed. Website information is provided for general product and support purposes.
Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal information and support purposes. You may not disrupt the website, introduce malicious code, bypass its security, misrepresent PageKeep or Simic Solutions, or commercially reproduce its original design, writing, graphics or branding without permission.
Privacy
The PageKeep website entrance does not request location, upload reading information or add advertising and behavioural-tracking technology. The PageKeep Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information. The Simic Solutions Website Privacy Policy covers the broader company website.
External services
Links may lead to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy practices. When released, PageKeep may use third-party sources described in its privacy policy to look up public book information.
Availability and liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to keep its information accurate, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that development information will never change. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
